Pet License

What is a Pet License? Why do I need one?

Cumberland County regulations require a pet privilege license for every dog, cat and ferret. The cost is $7 per animal if the pet is spayed/neutered, or $25 if the pet is not spayed/neutered.

How can I obtain the Pet License Application?

Licenses are available at the Cumberland County Animal Control Office or through most veterinary clinics. You can also fill out the Pet_License_Application and mail it to the address provided on the form. You can also complete the Pet License Application online using our secure web form (external website).
