The Cumberland County Emergency Communications Center (ECC) is manned 24 hours a day with three telecommunicators per 12 hour shift, plus the director or assistant director.

The Cumberland County Emergency Communications Center, which employs a completely EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatcher) certified staff, has received a number of awards. Click here to view a few of those awards.
