Please note there is a three day processing time requirement for registrations to be approved and made active. The vendor
must be made active in order to submit a bid. Please plan accordingly and allow for that processing time. This means that
vendors need to complete registration at least three days prior to a bid’s deadline in order to ensure their registration
is approved and there is enough time to submit a bid.

CONTRACTOR shall comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes. Further, if
CONTRACTOR utilizes a subcontractor, CONTRACTOR shall require the subcontractor to comply with the requirements of
Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes.
Iran Divestement Act Certification
CONTRACTOR hereby certifies that CONTRACTOR, and all subcontractors, are not on the Iran Final Divestment List (“List”)
created by the North Carolina State Treasurer pursuant to N.C.G.S. 147-86.55-69. CONTRACTOR shall not utilize any
subcontractor that is identified on the List.
