The Cumberland County Human Resources Department administers programs and services to the public, as well as other County agencies. Areas of responsibilities include recruitment and selection; classification and compensation; wage and salary administration; regulatory guidance (ADA, EEO, FMLA, etc.); personnel policy administration; maintenance of centralized personnel files; training; grievance procedure functions; and the handling of personnel related public information requests.
