Training & Organizational Development
Human Resources strives to offer not only training sessions that are required, but
those that contrib-ute to career development and personal growth as well. Courses are selected to provide updates to new and/or revised county policies,
laws and regulations, and to ensure that awareness and compliance issues are met.
To ensure that all disciplines are covered, a training team model concept will be
utilized to include trainers county wide. We encourage and solicit your feedback
regarding topics of interests that may be submitted directly to our Staff Development
and Training Team.
