This is a notice of public hearing for: 
CASE NO. 17-006. CONSIDERATION OF THE JASON AUTRY PROPERTY; SUBDIVISION REVIEW; REQUEST FOR AW ANER FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO CONNECT TO PUBLIC WATER; COUNTY SUBDMSION ORDINANCE, SECTIONS 2306.A.l.B, CONNECTION TO WATER AND SANITARY SEWER REQUIRED; ZONED: R15; TOTAL ACREAGE: 3.898 +/-; LOCATED AT 548 SUNNYSIDE SCHOOL ROAD; SUBMITTED BY JASON AUTRY (OWNER). (COUNTY JURISDICTION) 
The developer/property owner of the above referenced property submitted plans for approval to subdivide one 3.898 +/- acre lot out of a 17.158 +\- acre tract. One condition placed upon the approval of the proposed plan is for the property owner to extend and connect to the public water system because the proposed development is located within 300 feet·of an existing public water line. The property owner is requesting a waiver from the requirement for public water connection. Mandatory public water
connection is the only matter to be considered regarding this case at the hearing. 

The Joint Planning Board will consider Case No. 17-006 at its meeting on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the second floor hearing room of the Historic Courthouse at 130 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville. Anyone desiring to speak concerning this matter is requested to sign up before 6:55 p.m. on the night of the meeting. Please note that any documentation to be presented to the Joint Planning Board will be made part of the record and given weight based upon the source of the material. The board may only consider factual evidence and sworn testimony for this type of case.-
