About Us
The Cumberland County Department of Public Utilities provides the planning, development
and implementation of programs to expand and extend water and/or sanitary sewer
services into the unincorporated areas of the County, primarily through the organization
and administration of water and sewer districts established by the Board of County
Commissioners.
