About NORCRESS
The Northern Cumberland Regional Sewer System (NORCRESS) District was created as a partnership between the three towns of Wade, Godwin and Falcon, as well as Cumberland County, in effect creating a regional wastewater collection system. These communities are located in the Northeast quadrant of Cumberland County. All three towns are east of the Cape Fear River and located in close proximity to Interstate I-95. The system went online October 2005 and currently serves three hundred and thirty-eight (338) residential and commercial customers.
