What accessibility standards do we follow?
While we do not strictly adhere to Section 508 or strictly enforce any level of the W3C's Accessibility standards, we do our best to meet our commitment to providing access to our website for all visitors with disabilities.
To meet this commitment, we comply with many of the suggestions of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Section 508 (29 U.S.C. 794d), indicates that individuals with disabilities, who are employed by us or are members of the public seeking information or services from us have access to and use of information and data that is comparable to the information provided to our staff or the public who are not individuals with disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed on us.
We have also made every endeavor to meet a majority of the items listed in W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guideline 1.0 for Level I, Level II, and Level III.
