Therefore you may have a Tax Bill that displays $0 amount in the ASSESSED VALUE column, meaning the total showing in the AMOUNT DUE column is for fees only, not for actual property taxes. Parcels that are exempt or partially exempt from property taxes are NOT exempt from applicable fees.
