The Cumberland County Department of Public Health is collecting residents’ opinions through the Community Health Assessment (CHA) survey.The CHA is a health opinion survey that will gather information about the health and well-being of Cumberland County residents and help identify how we address these needs and concerns in the future.Cumberland County residents are invited to complete the survey as a part of the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment being completed by the Health Department, local hospitals, and other agencies. All surveys must be completed by June 7.Take the survey HERE (English and Spanish versions available).
