Everyone is invited to attend and help create a breastfeeding culture.
Breastfeeding Cafés are a welcoming place that a mother-to-be or a mother and her baby, supportive friends and family can visit to learn more about breastfeeding. Everyone is invited to attend and help create a breastfeeding culture. Nursing moms are welcome to attend to provide encouragement and support. Light refreshments served. This program is supported by Momma’s Village, Improving Community Outcomes for Maternal and Child Health (ICO4MCH) Sandhills Collaborative and the Cumberland County Department of Public Health. Families considering attending are encouraged to RSVP prior to attending but not required by contacting (910) 433-3890.
