Cumberland County, in partnership with the City of Fayetteville and community partners, will open a White Flag Shelter and designated warming centers in response to expected below-freezing temperatures.
All library locations will be closed to the public all day, Wednesday, Dec. 10, for staff development. Libraries will be open for regular hours on Dec. 11, 2025.
