The NC-511 Fayetteville/Cumberland County Continuum of Care (CoC) extends an open invitation for new members to join.
Membership is free and open to individuals and organizations interested in preventing and ending homelessness in Fayetteville and Cumberland County. Membership does not require an organization to receive CoC, ESG, or other HUD funding.
The CoC encourages broad and diverse participation from nonprofit and faith-based organizations, local government, housing and healthcare providers, behavioral health and supportive service organizations, educational institutions, businesses, advocates, public safety partners, and other community stakeholders. Individuals with current or prior lived experience of homelessness are also encouraged to participate so their perspectives can help inform local planning, policies, priorities, and system improvements.
While the CoC conducts a formal membership invitation process at least annually, membership remains open throughout the year, and interested individuals and organizations may apply at any time by clicking the membership link below, contacting our office to request additional information and a membership application, or attending a CoC meeting where paper applications are available.
If you are interested in becoming a part of this great team, but would like to speak to someone first to understand more first: please contact our CoC team by sending an email to: amoore@cumberlandcountync.gov or if you prefer to call we can be reached at: 910 323-6112.
