Cumberland County CommuniCare
Family and Courts Together Program (FACT):
The FACT assessment/evaluation component provides critical clinical diagnostic information to juvenile/district courts. Services are for youth ages 6-17 that are either involved in the juvenile court system from intake to adjudication or are on a commitment status or post-release supervision from a YDC.
Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC):
The JAC works with youth and their families who are experiencing a crisis that occurs when one's sense of balance is disrupted by truancy, delinquency, runaways, academic failure, at-risk behaviors.

Cumberland County Dispute Resolution
Teen Court:
Provides an alternative to court for low risk and first-time juvenile offenders who have committed a minor delinquent/criminal offense or who have been charged with a misdemeanor and are otherwise eligible for diversion.

Fayetteville Police Department
Juvenile Restitution:
Provides opportunities for juveniles to be accountable for their actions to the community and/or to victim(s) through performing supervised community service work and/or a monetary payment within the timeline stipulated in the court order, terms under a Teen Court agreement, or diversion contract.

Fayetteville Urban Ministries
Find-A-Friend: After-School Program:
The Interpersonal Skills component works with youth in weekly group sessions to improve social growth, personal growth, and cultural enrichment. Group sessions teach skills needed to modify behavior and develop skills to improve social welfare in the community, while deterring further involvement in the juvenile court system and avoided negative contact with law enforcement.
Find-A-Friend: Career Readiness:
The career readiness program provides job coaching and career preparation for youth age 14-18. This program ensures that youth acquire the skills they will need to succeed personally and professional through paid on-the-job training designed to strengthen academic achievement.

The Group Theory
Build Your Self:
The Build Your Self programs focuses on improving the quality of lives of youth ages 7-18 by providing interpersonal skill development, academic tutoring, college preparation and career preparedness for at-risk youth. This program serves as a safe place for youth to interact and grow with a positive peer support group while being coached and supervised by qualified positive adults.

Maggie's Outreach
Road to Success Trade Academy:
Road to Success Trade Academy vocational training is a targeted educational approach designed to provide practical skills and knowledge that can enhance their employability and overall well-being. At-risk youth typically face various challenges such as academic struggles, economic disadvantages, social issues, or involvement in the juvenile justice system. The goal of vocational training is to empower them with the skills necessary to secure stable employment and build a positive future.

SYSTEM: Supporting Youth Success Through Engaged Mentorship
A family-centered program that helps youth succeed at home, in school, and in the community. Through mentoring, parent education, workshops, and youth check-ins, the program strengthens communication, reduces family conflict, and encourages positive behavior by supporting both youth and caregivers, the program helps build stronger families, improve school success, and reduce involvement in the juvenile justice system.
