The Cumberland County Department of Public Health is no longer facilitating or providing administrative oversight for the Breastfeeding Coalition of Cumberland County, and Health Department-convened coalition meetings have been discontinued.
A separately organized Cumberland County Breastfeeding Coalition is moving forward under the new leadership. Individuals interested in future coalition meetings, membership, or activities should refer to communications from the Cumberland County Breastfeeding Coalition for additional information.
The Cumberland County Department of Public Health remains committed to promoting breastfeeding education, support, and resources for families throughout our community and will continue to advance maternal and child health initiatives in partnership with community organizations.
