Hello Health is a new series brought to you Cumberland County Department of Public Health. Each month, we’ll be exploring a different health topic important to Cumberland County with the goal to improve health literacy in our community.  You’ll hear from Health Department staff and special guests. We want individuals to be able to find, understand, and use information and services so they can make informed decisions about their health.
