Important Vendor Self-Service (VSS) Information

Attention, Cumberland County Vendors:  Cumberland County recently updated our Vendor Self-Service (VSS) portal. Many vendors have already completed the necessary steps to access the new portal. For those that have not, we will be linking your previous account to our new system, which only requires a password reset. Please look for an email from  with instructions and an email from  prompting you for a password reset beginning Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

To get your company added to Cumberland County's registry of vendors:

Please go to the Cumberland County Vendor Self Service website and register. Create a login and password, enter the requested information and submit a W9.

W-9 Form

Be sure to choose the Vendor Type that best describes the goods/services your business offers. Only one can be chosen. The vendor type is what county departments will use to search for vendors (who are in the system) that provide the good/service needed and solicit quotes from.

Please note there is a three-day processing time requirement for all vendor registrations.
