Join us for Fun in the Sun on Saturday, September 13, 10 AM-2 PM at the Department of Public Health (1235 Ramsey Street) 

Fun in the Sun is a free community event.

10:00 am Event starts 

Available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm  

• Vendor fair (1^st and 2^nd floor) 

• Back-to-school immunizations (Immunization Clinic, 1^st floor) 

• *Kindergarten, 7^th, and 12^th grade immunizations are available on a walk-in basis. Click here for more information   

• Popcorn and ice cream 

• Facepainting  

• Door prizes  

Outdoor Stage  

* If you are planning to relax outside while the kids play or enjoy the stage activities, please bring a lawn chair or blanket to stay comfy. 

11:00 am - 11:30 am Tokay Steppers 

12:00 pm -12:30 pm Salsa dancing 

12:30 pm -1:30 pm Hula hoop contest, jump rope contest, and musical chairs 

1:30 pm - 2:00 pm Line dancing 

Child Advocacy Center Body Safety and Story Time (Child Health Clinic Lobby, 1^st Floor) 

(5 sessions) 10:30 am - 11:00 am, 11:15 am - 11:45 am, 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm, 12:45 pm - 1:15 pm, 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm 

Naloxone Training (WIC area 1^st Floor)  

12:00 pm - 12:45 pm (45-minute session) 

Tobacco Training (15 min sessions) (WIC Area, 1^st Floor) 

12:45 pm - 1:00 pm 

1:00 pm - 1:15 pm  

Nutrition Class (WIC Area, 1^st Floor) 

1:30 pm - 2:00 pm 

Health Education Sip and Spill Sexual Awareness-(Health Education, 2^nd Floor)
