A Cumberland County resident who is qualified to vote and is registered 25 days prior to the election may vote during the Early Voting period. The Early Voting period extends from the third Thursday before an election and not later than 3 p.m. on the last Saturday before that election.
Registered voters may update their address and change vital information in an existing registration record at an Early Voting Site, but they are not allowed to change their party affiliation during the Early Voting period that precedes a partisan primary.
