Unsecured aggressive animal
Loose and charging at people, chasing people aggressively
Animal bite to a human
Where animal needs to be removed or is unsecured
Animal attacking another animal
Where immediate intervention is needed to save the victim or secure the aggressor
Severely injured or sick animal
Immediate medical attention is needed to save its life
Extreme cruelty or neglect
Animal is at risk of death unless immediate intervention is provided
High risk rabies vector
Bat, raccoon, fox, skunk, coyote in living space of residence, business or school
All other wildlife issues refer to a private wildlife removal company

Animal Services On-Call Hours are from 6 p.m. – 8 a.m. every day.
During these hours, there is a single Animal Services Officer available to assist Law Enforcement with animal-related emergencies listed above.
