REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 21-21-CD FOR EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
The City of Fayetteville (City) and County of Cumberland (County), North Carolina are accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide Emergency Rental Assistance Program administration services. In January 2021, the U.S. Department
of Treasury awarded the City and the County $6,383,864 and $3,735,545, respectively, to implement the Emergency Rental Assistance Program established by section 501 of Division N of the consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, Pub. L. No 116-260 (December
27, 2020).
Proposals must be received at the Cumberland County Community Development office by February 22, 2021 (by 5:00 pm).

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - THREE-YEAR HOMELESSNESS STRATEGIC PLAN
Cumberland County is seeking a consultant to analyze the provision of the homeless services delivery system in Cumberland County and develop a three-year actionable homelessness strategic plan. The scope of analyzation includes but is not limited
to, reviewing existing services, identifying gaps and duplications across programs and services, and recommending improvements to the community's homeless service delivery system.
