The mission of the Cumberland County Juvenile Drug Treatment Court (JDTC) program is to guide and support youth in overcoming substance use and drug-related challenges through structured care, meaningful connection, and personal growth. Our mission is to reduce substance use and recidivism, improve school engagement, build healthy coping skills, and empower young people to develop confidence and reach their full potential. By fostering accountability, resilience, and long-term support, we strive to help young people build brighter futures—one step at a time.
