The Kelly Hills Water and Sewer District was created to extend public sanitary sewer to an area in Cumberland County to assist residents who have failing septic tanks.
Property owners will be responsible for the monthly sewer charge per the approved rate schedule (below) for each property owned if the property is connected to the sewer system or a monthly availability fee per the approved rate schedule for each property owned if the property is not connected to the sewer system as stated in the County Water & Sewer Ordinance. This amount is subject to change and is charged to all property owners whose property has access to the County’s sewer line to cover the cost of operation and maintenance of the sewer system.
