FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Animal Services will host a community-wide trunk or treat event Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at 4704 Corporation Drive in Fayetteville.

Residents of all ages and their pets are invited to participate in this free, family-friendly event and enjoy Halloween activities, including:

Trunk-or-treating with candy giveaways

Balloon animals

Face painting
-
Temporary tattoos

A haunted selfie station

A haunted house for thrill-seekers

A costume contest for children and dogs, with prizes awarded
The event is open to the public and designed to provide a festive and safe space for Halloween celebrations. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume and bring their pets to join in the fun.
Families, groups and individuals interested in decorating a vehicle and distributing treats will need to contact Cumberland County Animal Services at 910-321-6852 or email ahill@cumberlandcountync.gov. Deadline for vehicle registration is Friday, Oct. 24.
