FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Early voting for the City of Fayetteville Primary begins Sept. 18 and runs through Oct. 4. Early voting for the primary will be held at the Cumberland County Board of Elections, located in the E. Newton Smith Center at 227 Fountainhead Lane, Fayetteville. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Early voting on Saturday, Oct. 4, is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Fayetteville City Primary Election is on Tuesday, Oct. 7.
