We’ve Upgraded Our eBilling Service

Cumberland County Tax Administration has moved to eNoticesOnline for electronic bill delivery. This change does not affect how you pay your bill online.

Why the Change?

  • Access notices immediately after they are issued.

    What You Need to Do

If you were enrolled in PayIt eBilling, you must re-register with eNoticesOnline to continue receiving bills electronically.

    How to Register for eNoticesOnline

    • Find your Authorization Code printed on your mailed bill (above/below your parcel/account number).
    • Visit www.eNoticesOnline.com.
    • Click “Register” and fill out the form.

Tax Administration Reminds Property Owners of March 24 Property Revaluation Appeal Deadline

Mar 20, 2025, 09:44 AM by Sade' Wilson

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - Cumberland County Tax Administration reminds property owners that Monday, March 24, is the last day to request an informal review of their 2025 assessed value. The Tax Administration Office recently completed the 2025 revaluation of all real property to reflect fair market value as of Jan. 1, 2025.

Taxpayers should submit detailed information and/or documentation that supports their opinion of value. This may include, but is not limited to, updated property characteristics or a recent appraisal. Appraisers will review all requests and contact taxpayers if more information is needed or to discuss the value. Once the review process is complete, taxpayers will receive a letter of the outcome; no further action is necessary.

Property owners may also appeal their value by submitting a formal appeal to the Board of Equalization & Review. Board members hear formal appeals and make decisions based on information submitted by the appellant and the County appraiser.

The timeframe to submit formal appeals is March 25 through May 28. Taxpayers can submit requests for both informal reviews and formal appeals:

    • In person at the Tax Administration Office in Room 543 of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Courthouse, 117 Dick St., Fayetteville.

    • By mail addressed to Cumberland County Tax Administration, Attention: 2025 Revaluation, P.O. Box 449, Fayetteville, NC 28302

Taxpayers may view their property record card and 2025 assessed value online at taxpwa.co.cumberland.nc.us/camapwa.

More information regarding revaluation and how to appeal is included in each revaluation notice and online at cumberlandcountync.gov/tax.

For questions or to schedule an appointment with an appraiser, contact the Revaluation Call Center at 910-678-7800 or email at taxrealestate@cumberlandcountync.gov.
