Cumberland County is excited to announce the launch of MyCCNCGov, a new mobile citizen engagement application.
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County is excited to announce the launch of MyCCNCGov, a new mobile citizen engagement application. This application went live July 8 and empowers citizens to access Cumberland County information with ease.
MyCCNCGov is a convenient source of information for County news, events and updates. The app allows County staff to streamline important communications and information to citizens in an efficient, user-friendly manner. Additionally, citizens can receive important notifications and report concerns including those related to animal services and solid waste.
The mobile app can be installed by searching MyCCNCGov in the Apple or Google Play App Stores.
The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners directed the County’s Innovation and Technology Services department to develop a mobile app that would put Cumberland County services and interaction at the fingertips of residents.
“We are thrilled to introduce the MyCCNCGov app to the residents of Cumberland County. This innovative tool is designed to enhance the way our community interacts with their government, providing easy access to information right at their fingertips,” said Keith Todd, Cumberland County Innovation and Technology Services Director. “Our goal is to streamline communication and ensure our residents have the resources they need to stay informed and engaged.”
