FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County reminds visitors that parking enforcement is now active at the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Cumberland County Courthouse. Vehicles parked in restricted or unauthorized areas, including fire lanes, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
To avoid towing, visitors should use the designated free public parking lots and available paid options identified on the County’s parking map.
Available free public parking includes:

First Presbyterian Church lot (enter via the 200 block of Person Street)

Gravel lots at 334 Person St. and 125 S. Kennedy St.

Designated ADA spaces near the rear courthouse entrance
