FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Cumberland County Tax Administration announces individual and business personal property listing forms are now available through eNoticesOnline, a secure portal that allows taxpayers to receive listing forms electronically.
The eNoticesOnline portal enables taxpayers to sign up for paperless notices and access tax listing information online as part of Tax Administration’s ongoing effort to improve accessibility, efficiency and service.
How to Use eNoticesOnline:

Locate the authorization code included with the tax listing form mailing

Visit www.eNoticesOnline.com and select “Register”

Use the code, provide an email address and confirm the email address

View the 2026 tax listing form online
Taxpayers who previously registered for the eNotices portal during billing should sign in and add the authorization code to link the account.
Listing forms cannot be returned or accepted electronically. All forms must be completed, signed and submitted to the office.
Taxpayers who sign up for paperless notices will receive tax listing forms electronically each year.
All 2026 tax listing forms must be completed, signed and mailed to:

Forms must be submitted on or before Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, unless an extension to list has been approved.
