Cumberland County’s New Employee Onboard experience is a comprehensive, self-guided, virtual process through NeoGov Onboard and Learn. Each New employee will receive an email in the week prior to their first day with us to activate their onboard portal and provide important information for their first day. On the first day of employment, the new employee will report to their department, unless otherwise instructed.
