HOPE MILLS, N.C. – Cumberland County’s Planning & Inspections Department, in collaboration with the Town of Hope Mills, invites residents to attend the Hope Mills Area Land Use Plan Draft Review Session on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Hope Mills Parks & Recreation Center, located at 5766 Rockfish Road in Hope Mills.
This drop-in style community meeting allows residents to stop by at their convenience to review the draft land use plan shaped by the ideas and feedback residents have provided throughout the planning process.
To make the most of the discussion and ensure a productive, smooth session, residents who plan to attend are encouraged to review the draft plan beforehand and bring any comments or questions they may have. Staff will be available throughout the meeting to offer support and guidance.
