Tax Administration

We’ve Upgraded Our eBilling Service

Cumberland County Tax Administration has moved to eNoticesOnline for electronic bill delivery. This change does not affect how you pay your bill online.

Why the Change?

  • All mailed notices (not just your annual bill) will be available online.
  • Access notices immediately after they are issued.

    What You Need to Do

If you were enrolled in PayIt eBilling, you must re-register with eNoticesOnline to continue receiving bills electronically.

    How to Register for eNoticesOnline

    • Find your Authorization Code printed on your mailed bill (above/below your parcel/account number).
    • Visit www.eNoticesOnline.com.
    • Click “Register” and fill out the form.
    • Confirm your email. You’re done!

For help, visit help.enoticesonline.com or call 910-678-7507.

    Please Note:

    • Estimates Only: The amount shown is an estimate, not your official tax bill.
    • Solid Waste, Fire District and Parks and Recreation Fees Not Included: This tool does not include additional user fees.
    • Municipal Taxes Apply: Those who live in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Spring Lake, or any other municipality, will also pay municipal property taxes in addition to county taxes.

Taxpayers Reminded of MyCCNCPay Digital Option to Pay Property Taxes

Aug 1, 2025, 08:01 AM by Jon Soles
Tax Administration reminds property owners of MyCCNCPay, a convenient, secure way to pay property taxes online.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Tax Administration reminds property owners of MyCCNCPay, a convenient, secure way to pay property taxes online. This digital platform offers residents a flexible, user-friendly way to pay property tax bills online. Cumberland County also offers an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for residents to make payments by phone and offers services in both English and Spanish.

The MyCCNCPay platform was initially launched on April 15, 2024, offering customers the ability to manage bills and real-time payment processing. To sign up for online payments, go to myccncpay.cumberlandcountync.gov.

MyCCNCPay allows residents to pay online as a guest or create a personalized profile that securely stores properties, payment history, and payment methods. A MyCCNCPay account allows residents the option to pay in installments or prepay property taxes. Account holders can also receive notifications for upcoming tax deadlines.

Cumberland County residents are encouraged to pay property taxes with an electronic check, credit card or debit card via MyCCNCPay, on any device. Payments may still be made in person or by mail. Property taxes are due each year on Sept. 1. Taxes must be paid by Jan. 5 of the following year to avoid interest, penalties and/or collection proceedings.

The Tax Administration office is located on the 5th floor of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Cumberland County Courthouse, located at 117 Dick St., Fayetteville. The mailing address is P.O. Box 449, Fayetteville, NC 28302. For more information, call 910-678-7507 or go to cumberlandcountync.gov/tax.
