Scheduled Upgrade to Affect Citizen Self Service Access on May 20

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County’s Innovation & Technology Services (ITS) Department will perform a scheduled upgrade of EnerGov (EPL) on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

The upgrade process is expected to take between six hours and one full business day. During the maintenance period, EnerGov and the Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal will be unavailable.
