The Cumberland County Community Development Department will host a virtual public meeting Wednesday, April 14, at 6 p.m. to share information and gather feedback about various housing and community development programs available for eligible residents.

During the meeting, proposed projects will be outlined in the Program Year 2021 Draft Annual Action Plan. The plan is currently available for public review and comment. The Annual Action Plan, which must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, describes the specific projects that will be undertaken in the 2021 Program Year (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022).
The comment and review period runs until April 20, 2021. Comments can be submitted by email to

Public Hearing on April 19
A public hearing on the plan will be held during the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners meeting on April 19 at 6:45 p.m. Anyone interested in speaking should sign up with the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners prior to the start of the meeting.
