Cumberland County Community Development has released a draft of the 2026–2027 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for public review, through April 20.
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Community Development has released a draft of the 2026–2027 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for public review. Residents are encouraged to provide feedback during the review period, which is open through April 20, 2026.
The Annual Action Plan outlines projects and funding priorities for the program year July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Once finalized, the plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

A public hearing will be held during an upcoming Cumberland County Board of Commissioners meeting. Details will be announced.
