Cumberland County Polling Locations Open for Primary Election March 3

Cumberland County polling locations will be open Tuesday, March 3, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for the Statewide Primary Election.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County polling locations will be open Tuesday, March 3, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for the Statewide Primary Election.

Election Day voting is available for registered voters who did not cast a ballot during the early voting period or by absentee ballot. Voters must go to their designated polling place on Election Day.

Primary elections determine each political party’s nominees who will advance to the General Election on Nov. 3, 2026.

Voters can check their registration status, party affiliation, polling place and sample ballots using the North Carolina Voter Search tool at vt.ncsbe.gov/reglkup/.

Voters will be asked to show photo identification when checking in at their polling place. A list of acceptable forms of ID is available at Voter ID | NCSBE.

The deadline to return absentee ballots is 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3.
