FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Public Library will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Headquarters Library on June 1, beginning at 3 p.m. The milestone honors four decades of service, community engagement and local history preservation, while highlighting the library’s ongoing role as a place for learning, connection and shared community stories.
