Cumberland County Tax Administration offers electronic bill delivery services through eNoticesOnline.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Tax Administration offers electronic bill delivery services through eNoticesOnline.

eNoticesOnline offers several advantages for residents:

  • Faster Access to Notices: View bills and other tax office notices as soon as they are generated.

  • All Notices in One Place: Taxpayers can see every notice that have been mailed, not just the taxpayer’s annual bill.

What Residents Need to Know

  • PayIt will continue to be the County’s secure online payment vendor for property taxes and other services. eNoticesOnline only affects how notices are delivered.

  • The mailed bill will include instructions and an “Authorization Code” to set up a new account at www.eNoticesOnline.com.

How Residents Can Sign Up for eNotices Online

  • Find the “Authorization Code” printed on the tax bill (above or below the parcel/account number).

  • Visit www.eNoticesOnline.com and click “Register”.

  • Complete the form using the “Authorization Code,” confirm email and start receiving paperless bills.
