FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners will join North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson and North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Secretary Reid Wilson for a press conference today at 11 a.m. in Cumberland County to provide a major environmental update.
